Shareholder Objectives

• Ownership is seeking a deal with at least 80% cash at close and a one-year seller’s note. The owners of the firm will seek other unrelated opportunities post-sale. They are not involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations and are willing to remain for a transitionary period to new ownership.
